Mr. Guillory moved from Texas to Seattle in 1983. A graduate of University of Texas, Mr. Guillory established his career with SeaPac upon settling in Seattle. Mr. Guillory has concentrated on the tenant-representation side of the business and has worked with a number of select high-profile national retail chains. For a number of them, he has launched their initial penetration into the market and strategically rolled out the locations to effectively capture their subject markets. Mr. Guillory currently works with Dick’s Sporting Goods, Total Wine, DSW Shoes, and JoAnn Fabrics. When not working, he enjoys golf, tennis and cycling.

Mary Gezon, an agent with Seattle Pacific Realty, Inc. since 1991, specializes in retail and restaurant site acquisition. Through extensive market knowledge and contacts, Mary has been successful at securing sites in this highly competitive marketplace for her clientele. Ms. Gezon is most known for her representation of the national retail chain Ross, who she has represented since 2006. Her background also includes 12 years of experience with Nordstrom teaching her the customer service requirements of quality retailing. Much of her time there was spent in the information technology area, giving her a high level of comfort with the technological resources available at SeaPac. Outside of the workplace, Mary enjoys volunteering at the Seattle Humane Society and the Austin Everett Foundation. In addition, she loves to ski and go horseback riding.

In addition to administrative responsibilities, Jack is active in tenant representation and project development. As an actively working retail broker, Jack works closely with his associates to provide SeaPac’s retail clients with services ranging from macro-market strategy planning to the micro-site selection process. In this manner, both clients and SeaPac associates enjoy the benefit of Jack’s broad-based experience in both real estate and retail-related services.
Jack has headed teams involved in leasing over 5 million square feet of retail space in the Pacific Northwest, for projects ranging from non-anchored strip centers to regional power centers. Jack’s varied background helps owners with new retail project positioning, turnarounds and re-tenanting, and retailer’s surplus space disposition.
In the development services arena, he has handled over 65 land assemblages for developers and retail users/owners. His market knowledge and contacts have proven critical in securing several difficult to obtain sites in the highly competitive Pacific Northwest marketplace.
Jack received his Bachelor’s in Science in Economics and Finance, with a minor in Real Estate, from New York University. He enjoys snow skiing and golf. Jack has been a resident of the Emerald City since 1974.

Jeff Stafford has worked in commercial real estate at SeaPac for 15 years and he has specialized in tenant representation around the Puget Sound region. He grew up in Detroit and got his BA at Wayne State University. Jeff has represented some high profile national tenants such as 24-Hour fitness during his time at SeaPac. Through his market knowledge and strategic planning, Jeff has been able to make 24-Hour fitness a popular tenant in the state of Washington. Some of Mr. Stafford’s interests include golf, hockey, skiing, biking and music.
